Shipping Information

• Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
• Delivery time: Estimated 5–10 business days for EU shipping.
• Shipping cost: Free shipping in Poland. For other EU countries, shipping is calculated at checkout.
• Order tracking: You’ll receive a tracking link once your parcel leaves our hands.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel at home in everything you wear from Mira Belle. If something isn’t quite right:

• Returns accepted: Within 14 days of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags.
• How to return: Email us at support@mirabelle-shop.store with your order number to begin the process.
• Refunds: Once we receive your return, we’ll process the refund within 5 business days.
